Quotes & estimates
Prices shown are starting points. A firm quote is provided after a free on-site inspection and is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Workmanship warranty
Installations include a 5-year workmanship warranty in addition to applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms are provided in your signed agreement.
Scheduling & weather
Timelines are estimates and may shift due to weather or material availability. We keep you informed of any changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Summit Roofing Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website.
